My stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel at home right away. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at, the trundle beds were so perfect for my children and the rooms were especially space utilized which I absolutely loved. I WILL be staying here again it was absolutely amazing. The fact that check in was as late as midnight was great and check out was 12 pm, so ideal for my children. To note also, the breakfast was out of this world with the size, timing, seating, set up, amazing. There was also convenient access to microwave meals, snacks, adult and non alcoholic beverage's(for purchase)

We've stayed here several times and it is our first choice for staying the night in Winchester, here's why. The couch is actually 3rd bed, comfortable and large enough for my 15 yr old and has a trundle. So the queen room would sleep a family of 6 no problem. The breakfast is the most decent you'd find at this price level: Coffee is stronger than most, there are plenty of hot options. My kids have fun in the pool after a day of driving. Bathroom layout is nice, with plenty of counter space and larger bottles of toiletries. This location is great; there's a Chick-Fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin, Target, Starbucks etc in a shopping center area that the hotel is a part of.

The rooms were a little bit small for 5 pax, but ok. They were tidy and elegant suited. The breakfast was as usual, similar to other hotels. We've been there, because we travelled to the Shenandoah NP, so that was the best option for us to get there.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The room was clean and a size that was good for 3 children. The pool was nice too. The water is heated. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

The scenery was beautiful. The room was spacious. The closet was large enough to walk in. The room was very clean. Breakfast was a morning buffet. There was a hot liquid station for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. There was an orange juice and apple juice dispenser. Hot food offerings included oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and a breakfast sandwich. There was also a waffle making station.

The toilet in the first room was broken and the staff at the front desk gave us another room with no hesitation or problems. She was lovely. The breakfast attendant was lovely as well. Will be staying again!
